Zsolt Sapy

Zsolt has been developing B2B/B2C  sales organizations, on-line trading platforms and  rewards programs for over 15 years. At Global Exchange Networks, Zsolt developed one of the first on-line currency trading networks that connected FOREX market makers with money managers and professional traders. Between 2002 and 2006, he helped build a nationwide dealer program and sales force of over 1,500 sales agents promoting loss prevention and digital surveillance systems. Zsolt is also responsible for launching the National Association of Installing Partners, a interactive web portal providing lead generation programs for security installers throughout the U.S.

Zsolt has been quoted and featured in multiple publications including Smart Money, Security Director Magazine, The Real Estate Journal, Security Info Watch, Discovering Start-Ups as well as recent articles in Outdoor Advertising Magazine and the business section of Newsday in New York.

Kenneth F. Mara

Chief Executive Officer

Kenneth F. Mara is the founder and President of World Wide Security Group, which is comprised of four electronic security companies serving the tri-state region and a UL-listed central station headquartered in Garden City, New York. Ken Mara partnered with Zsolt Sapy to introduce additional methods of communications with their customers in the event of an emergency. Ken Mara has been responsible for developing the emergency response functions of Rapid’s mobile platform communications programs.

Mark Simson

Chief Financial Officer

Serving as CFO, Simson is an experienced industry professional with over a decade of experience in , advertising, video integration, security and manufacturing. Simson oversees the execution of all operational and economic programs for raising capital, growth through acquisitions and the maintenance of the company's overall financial strength. Simson formerly served as vice president and chief financial officer at iVerify where he is credited with raising $25 million in capital; he also served as interim CEO of National Systems Integration. At Triax Capital Advisors, Simson was responsible for managing portfolio companies with measures to implement cost controls, internal business processes and weekly reporting requirements. Prior to this, Simson was a senior auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he obtained his CPA.

Karen D. Johnson

Director of Marketing & PR

Karen has been working with companies to increase their media visibility through traditional marketing techniques as well as through emerging technologies and practices. Ms. Johnson comes from a publishing background and frequently writes on the topic of new technology for national trade publications.
